Pre-paid vouchers

Payments by users into their Guru Network account will result in them being issued with voucher numbers via SMS.

Each time your ISP provides you with a service, you simply provide him/her with a voucher number for that session and this serves as their payment.

If you are registered to use a default voucher, paying is as simple as making a payment into your account and waiting for your voucher numbers to be sent to you via SMS!

When registering, each user receives a Payment Reference Number that is visible from their control panel. All payments made with this reference number will be credited to your account.

You can make payments into our account by any means. Most clients prefer to pay via Internet Banking, but direct bank deposits will also work.

You must use only your Payment Reference Number as reference in all payments.

If you are only using one type of Guru Network Voucher, you can select that this voucher be a default voucher. If you have a default voucher selected, every payment received into your account will result in Guru Network automatically sending you vouchers to the value of your payment. For example, if you have a default voucher worth R140 and make a payment of R420, this will buy you 3 vouchers and you will receive 3 voucher numbers automatically via SMS when your payment is processed. This is the simplest method to follow.

If you sometimes need to use vouchers of different types and denominations, you would not select to have a default voucher. In such a case your payment will be credited against your account as soon as it has been processed. You can then log in to your Account and select which voucher types you would like to buy with your credit.

Guru Network processes payments on a daily basis. Generally, payments can take anything between 12 and 72 hours to reflect in your account. Purchases on Weekends and Public Holidays can sometimes take a bit longer.
